Bill & Billie Smith (owners) demonstrate daily as they work from sunrise to sunset on the property, that the welfare of their tenants is their priority. It is their livelihood, however, they could charge comparable rates to the other parks in this area and could have done so for years. So it is obvious that money is not their primary focus or priority. The rural setting makes this park a lovely choice. (Though they are always booked with a waiting list!)
Great ma & pa place. Make you feel like your not far from home.
Very nice management who let us do a quick in and out without a hookup. The area is well kept and tidy near main roads.
